story telling time guys..


There were 100 robbery cases reported in M Village last year, at the News Conference the Police Chief, Mr X said:"85% of the cases have been solved." (Which is 85 cases).

In my mind i thought: "well...from the percentage it looks pretty good...so well done Mr X."


This year, M Village reported to have about 200 robbery cases...
So as usual...the Police Chief of the village, Mr X came out and announced it with pride in the News Conference:" We police had been working very hard to chase down everyone who committed crimes, and therefore this year we able to solve almost 90% of the cases!!"

"wow! that is an impressive result...90%? Great!!"

But when i think back...and take a good look at the statistic table that Mr X showed it to us.

Despite the improvement on how effective the polices on solving the cases...the drastic increase for the number of robbery cases that reported is very disturb. From 100 cases last year to 200 cases this year...that is hell lot of robbery cases!!!


While Mr X and his policemen are celebrating for their "great" achievement...
I wonder...does Mr X ever worry about the increasing number of the robbery case?

Because as a villager.....I am...and is very worry!!
